Our factory is located in Dongguan, Gaungdong Province, China.  Dongguan is a major industrial manufacturing hub with convenient export logistics through Shenzhen Port and Guangzhou Port. We welcome factory visits and video inspections.

Our chargers comply with:  CE, CB ,IEC, UL, Rosh ,EMC ...(National regional certification requires cooperation with distributors.)

If a charger encounters issues overseas, we provide fast remote diagnostics, guided troubleshooting, and quick spare parts replacement, supported by our modular design to minimize downtime. For major big projects, on-site assistance can be arranged when necessary, and in key regions such as Southeast Asia, local after-sales teams ensure faster field support and response.

Our standard warranty is 2 years. Extended warranty options (3–5 years) are available for strategic partners or long-term projects.
