On December 21st, the company organized a heartwarming celebration themed "Full of Energy, Warm Winter Solstice." Temporarily setting aside their work, everyone gathered to share a steaming bowl of glutinous rice balls (Tangyuan), using sweetness to dispel the winter chill.
The company lounge was filled with the fragrance of glutinous rice early in the morning. The administration team had prepared classic black sesame and peanut fillings, alongside creatively shaped ones symbolizing good luck. As the white and plump rice balls bobbed in the boiling water, employees lined up in an orderly fashion. They sat together, tasting the sweet treats and playfully debating the different customs between Northern and Southern China—whether to eat dumplings or glutinous rice balls on the Winter Solstice—bringing laughter throughout the room.
